The Violets Terms of Use Room rates are inclusive of valued added tax at the present government regulatory rates. This hotel runs a strictly non-smoking policy, please ask for designated smoking areas to avoid being charged a fine of NGN50,000. This hotel requires an advance payment equal to one night's rate before check-in . Refunds on booking will not be considered once the guests has made payment . Any damage of the hotels property must be fully paid for. Declined post payments are not accepted as payments and guests must fully make all outstanding payments before leaving the premises . Check out time is 12:00 noon, please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond the time. Extensions will be given depending on availability. The reception should be informed of any planned extensions between 24-48 hours before initial check-in. The hotel will not be at any time responsible for any loss/damage by the guest. The hotel management reserves the right to reject any guests in a case of disturbance, disregard of hotel's rules, fighting a staff or other guests and misbehaving in an unacceptable manner. THIS IS A DRUG FREE FACILITY. The hotel has the right to contact the police in event of drug use in facility. All guest visitor must come through the reception.
